04 May 2018The beer had more water than beer, so much that even the colors of the beers didn't match.
We asked them to change (add more beer to the water) and the result was almost the same.
Environment and the atmosphere also sucks.
Just don't bother. "

" Newcastle United homeground so they're showing EPL matches every weekend. Great atmosphere especially when NUFC is playing. Food is not too bad, with decent happy hour promotions. But its NOT a great place to bring your date (unless he/she is a football fan). "

" Great place to grab a drink when in the area. Feels like you're in a real London pub but it's just a bit warmer especially with the outside seating! Good drink options including many drinks you would see in the UK. Friendly staff, plus the occasional live band. "

" Nice pub, decent drinks overlooking the water, we didn't try the food so can't comment on that. Friendly staff, quick and efficient service. Good selection on happy hour offer - drinkable red wine, Heineken (you frequently only get Tiger or Asahi beers on offer in Singapore). What we liked most was the waitress coming to tell us it was last orders before happy hour ended if we wanted to get another order in, which is a very "British" thing to do (we do love drinks offers haha!) and added to the home from home feel (usually in Singapore the staff wouldn't bother to tell you this and just wait for you to order as and when you're ready more regardless of the price changing). "

" As a lover of English free houses, this place is a home away from home. The menu is very English with Guinness and beef pie and fish n chips. It has apple crumble, hard to find in Singapore. Unfortunately the only English ale is Speckled Hen, which causes me to remove a star.
