" Nice location but the rooms not that great. Especially the toilet. The outflow water is not good. Water trap around the shower area. I think guppy fish can swim in the shower area when you shower. Maybe not all the unit but that was my experience. I have been to better one and cheaper one too... "

The room was installed with a single unit aircond and the aircond was noisy and not cold. So I have to request the lobby reception to change another room for me. Unfortunately the next room was smaller than the previous room but fortunately this time the aircond was cold.
The room carpet is dirty and was not clean properly. If you don’t wear shoes, you might step on something sharp or leftover food by previous guest.
Bedsheet seems abit dusty and cleaniness was really below expectations. Although there’s is no WiFi provided 😬
The bathroom wall is fully tempered glass with blurriest on the middle part only. So if you stay with friends or with kids is not really convenient. Bathroom only have ceiling mount shower but no handheld spray shower. It’s not convenient if you have kids or baby around for shower.
Regard TV channel is too limited. The channel is blurry and not clear. Only few Astro channel available.
The only main lobby was spacious and lifts is fast.
The reception service just below average and big gap to improve!
Outside the room walking corridor abit narrow and smell of cigarette. So you might hear outside people walking or talking while inside the room.
Buffet consider average. Not many choices😬
Eg. Fried mee, porridge, tomatoes, fries, eggs, plain water, mango juice and fruits only.
Surrounding with shop lots so if want to get food outside is not difficult actually. Got groceries shop and convenient store around.
The hotel is still new consider 2 years old but I guess because of poor maintenance and no straight rules for smoking guests. "

" Great value for price offered. Worthy breakfast too. I suggest any one to pay a little bit extra just to enjoy the breakfast buffet.

" It's a new hotel, so it's quite clean. Maintenance is poor. Shower head leaking, water spray holder near the toilet bowl fell off. Housekeeping team also not quite efficient. There's stain in the bed sheets like it's haven't been replace beforehand. The good thing was the breakfast buffet. A lot to choose from and taste good. "

" Room smelled of sweat. Beds were very uncomfortable and hard. Breakfast started serving at 7am, but nothing was above room temperature. The design of the showers were also downright stupid - no shelves for your toiletries and impractical glass doors. "

" A very horrible stay. Sorry to say but it was a very bad experience. It's not a hotel for family especially when u have kid traveling. Bugs on bed, not enough hot water supply, water turns yellow colour in the middle of the shower. Never ever again for this hotel. "
