They've kept very consistent since a long time ago, and now the owner's daughter has taken over the family business. Try to queue if you have the time (it's typically about 30mins wait, especially during meal times). "

" Hard to find Satay Bee Hoon these days. The sauce here is smooth, drizzled on a bed of Bee Hoon (rice vermicelli) and its side kicks, cockles, cuttlefish, Kang Kong (morning glory), and sliced pork meat, The $4 and $5 options have more ingredients rather than more bee hoon. Ask for additional chili if you like more heat. Okay for takeaway as they separate the peanut sauce and the Bee Hoon.
Not bad luh. If say no good, later close down. No more Satay Bee Hoon. Would have preferred more chunks of peanuts in the sauce for additional crunch. "

" I have never seen a short queue, or no queue, at this satay bee hoon stall at Bukit Timah food centre! The gravy they use is unforgettable in that it brings us 1980s Singapore kids back to tastes that we were used to. I find it pretty hard to spot good satay bee hoon these days, but Sin Chew is one of those places that keep my fiancé and I going back for more. We will keep revisiting! "
