" Really misleading information on the website and shared by their customer service staff!. This agent should def be looked into by the head of travel agents & fine them for their wrong info.
31 October 20151) it's open said they provide 24hr support on phone for singaporeans tried calling them at intervals for hours for few days at 2-5am n not once I got thru. It was always some auto machine advertising & eventually asks to leave a voice mail. Which means this isn't a 24hr support centre.
2) SERANGOON AIR I believe is an independent travel agent. When I called up they told me they r located at Verge beside Little India Arcade and visa should be applied there to go to India. I asked them if they are the same company as IVAC BLS International (Main visa Applications). The staff Said no that's a different company. However when I checked the website they have the same unit nos. So what's really going on??
Really bad bad reviews on BLS (IVAC) as most counters are closed and barely any system that place. Supposed to be cheapest avenue to apply indian visa (45$ & $3.05 process fee). But as some ppl mentioned they add on courier service etc without your acknowledgement.
I've done my visa thru serangoon air previously as little india arcade. Now if it's totally two doff companies I wouldn't mind paying more n getting it done professionally n quickly wih out time waste. However if the agent provided wrong info and they are indeed joint with BLS IVAC than its back to square one. Non trust worthy ppl and not sure if you will get a visa in time in a proper manner.
Really find it so disgusting that travel agents have to hire so many foreigners from India to work in the local offices for whatever reasons but they are totally unprofessional and not even up to decent standards in our country. Pathetic service!! "

" Serangoon travels is not giving any good service to customer. They have foreign workers but the attitude of these people is terrible and customer service is worst. The staff is not multi task, if another counter need help they don't just don't bother until someone has to shout for help.. The staff just sits doing nothing but chit chatting while another counter has many customers and only 1 staff to attend... is this called customer oriented service.. no more serangoon travels service for me.. the worst experience. "
