" Yesterday I walked in at around 7 pm (10 May) , I was attended by a very rude receptionist! There were 2 of them, one was playing with her phone in front of me which is quite disrespectful (bad first impressions) and the other was attending my enquiries(doesn't even bother to give me full answers to my question) but she doesn't even smile nor giving me that 'warm welcome' . I tried to make a booking cause they said they don't have any slot for the time being, understood , when I already made my booking, she gave me a stare look and said 'if you are late 5 minute, we will cancel your reservation' . Never would I expect I would feel threaten in a spa before. To the owner I suggest you find a new front employee otherwise you will lose more clients, they are not fit to be in the client service industry with that kind of attitude! Oh yeah, after I made my reservation, I decided to look for a much better spa that offers good customer service! "

" Went there for foot massage, the therapist are from Thai and actually it is pretty good. You need to tell them your preferences on the pressure and which area to focus on. They may not well verse in English but you can show to them (same like in Bangkok).

" This is my first experience having a service here. Price is pricy with unfriendly and no power message therapist!
23 November 2017I ask to the therapist to adjust the power, but she ignored my request and just let the massage run sooooo slow and no power.
After I finish, the therapist just say thank you and go — disappear. She didn’t show or guide me go to exit downstairs.
Ah! Thank you for the complimentary; A cup of hot ginger with nothing taste at all!
Overall, I very very very disappointed with its service and my money just wasted. Bad service!
P.S. This is real in fact, not mere nonsense & I already complaint to receptionist and she just say Sorry. That’s all. "
