" The hotel is clean and has a nice victorian style interior design. It gave us a very comfortable feeling. The receptionist on duty was very helpful. Breakfast is included, simple but generally ok.

" New hotel with clean rooms and nice/friendly staff. The shower was great and the room had everythig we needed. The only thing they could improve is the breakfast. The selection was very basic and at 9 a.m. there was only toast and eggs left for us to have. Some fruit and/or joghurt would be a nice addition. Good location to visit Legoland and we would stay here again. "

" Compact, small room, simple breakfast (no refill, if you are late, you would have to source your own breakfast out of hotel and nothing else in walking distance but just Starbucks). The door lock will beep fpr 5 seconds after close, annoying. Room insulation is poor, literally there isn't a wall, you could hear or be heard the next door. Don't expect hotel service here.

" Well the hotel is nice and clean. But the staff is bloody arrogant. As they knew there is shortage off water the day I check in, there is no courtesy at all to offer the guest to manage the shortage off water in my room. At least, offer me a helping hand by going to the nearest store to buy a mineral water. I have to walk about 10 minutes to the nearest store and carry back 6 big bottle of mineral water. So think 10 times before checking in coz the staff would not entertain you or giving a helping hand or a smile on their stupid face. An angry guest!!!!! "
