" It was really unfortunate for me to have to give such a poor review this visit. I was with 2 of my employees-to-be for their Full Medical checkup at level 1 health check clinic earlier this morning. Upon reaching, staff were adamant in making eye contact to serve. In addition, I was asked to head to the opposite mall to print 2 pieces of papers because they wouldnt allow anyone other than their staff to utilise the printer. I went over to the printing shop only to realise it was closed, went back to the health check up clinic, and Sophie insisted that they couldnt print for me. I decided to head to the 24hr emergency clinic to request for assistance in printing as desperation sank in (the next closest printing shop was at Bras Basah). Thankfully, Liew was kind enough to assist me in a matter of seconds. I went back to the health check up clinic cheerfully and proceeded, grateful but slightly saddened that a simple favor earlier that couldnt be accomodated by staff from one department but otherwise from another.

" I like this clinic because of its long opening hours. The queue there is usually short. Doctors are generally friendly and helpful. However, the staff are often very impatient and sometimes slow. Also, like most Raffles Medical clinics, the air-conditioning is super powerful so be aware of this. "

" One of their female staff who attended to me earlier today 7/12/2015 was extremely rude. I came in late during their closing time. Their entrance sign was still showing OPEN, thus I went in to ask if they are still accepting walk-ins. The female staff replied to me rudely, "What time already? We are closed. Doctor left already." I replied, "Ok, thanks." Then I heard her mumbling in chinese to her colleague when I was leaving, "What time already still come.". I rushed my way over after work and was feeling unwell, yet I have to experience this poor and unsympathetic service. I hope this feedback will reach to their management and proper trained their staffs in basic manners and courtesy. A simple response of "Sorry, we are closed." is so simple yet they couldn't do it. "
