" Loved the place! Although the shop is in a rather inaccessible place because of limited parking in the area, the shop itself is good! Lot's of PlayStation consoles and games at discounted prices. Got myself a brand new copy of Fifa 18 for just $50! "

If there were more gaming stores around this place would have gone out of business a long time ago. If you want games at competitive prices and not be treated like trash while shopping, stick to funzsquare or eplay etc. "

" Unfortunately lazy staff with an attitude. One person at the register while others hang out in the back room while customers are lining up. What's even more unfortunate is that the staff at the register has no multitasking skill. Can't answer any questions while scanning stuff etc. so you may end up waiting 30 minutes just to ask a question. Or leave and take your money elsewhere like I did. "

" Prices are definitely competitive and a good place to shop for consoles, games and Pokemon TCG. However, I do experience bad after sales service from them - when claiming warranty for my faulty Wii U after using for 2 weeks.

I have made many orders for many years & have encoutered similar incidents like this before.
Beware of the price to pay just to save a couple of bucks ! Gg to spend my money on others or digital download in future ! "

" Staff in the store was nice. However, the person answering the phone was hopeless. Had me waiting for 3.5 hours for a call back from his technician and all he can tell me is that he has forwarded the request to admin. Never ever leave your console with them for repairs. "

" First and last time ordering from them. Wholly unreliable. Paid for xbox1 deluxe game in April 2016. Game released on 28 June 2016. Qisahn kept giving crap excuse that stock not received from supplier. All other game shops selling deluxe edition by 7 July 2016 but no news from them. Did not receive any email notifications as well. Qisahn is a rubbish game store...not even worth 1 star rating. When pre-ordered, had to pay in full to guarantee a copy of the game. Now ask for refund, need 7-14 days. Fucked up. "
