" Poor planning is especially evident during peak hours. The escalators and gantries are operating in such a way that it forces the crowd rushing up to the train platform and the crowd heading in the direction of the tap out gantry to collide head on. It's a frustrating experience for both. "

" Relatively easy access to large indoor bus interchange and shopping centre, however the station size is rather small compared to large demand it caters, which causes significant crowd.
