" Good stock. However condition of books can be really poor. They stock everything you might need, from music cds to videos to computer peripherals such as speakers and thumb drives. Food is even sold here as snacks. It's a book store that seems to want to sell everything else. An alternate to the school bookstore. Gets really crowded with the school students and parents wanting to purchase assessment books. "

" Went to buy 2 diaries and needed more expensive ones. Since they were a gift for my wife. Found 4 women talking in Chinese and I watched them for a few minutes before they attended to me. First thing, they snapped at me, like I was disturbing their chats. Assistance 0, said "don't have". After 30 minutes I found them myself. Spent $80 with no assistance. I should have walked away and bought it somewhere else. Will not return or recommend. Staff not customer oriented. "

" Given $5 voucher for Chinese & English books. Fine print says not valid for Textbooks. But when I tried to redeem on assessment, guide books & oral books, I was told not able to redeem even though fine print did not state so. They insisted voucher is only valid on storybooks. That’s being dishonest. Felt cheated about the FREE vouchers after spending $100 to get it. Please don’t deceive people with vouchers anymore. "

" Good selection of books and stationary. Kids go there because they like books. Sometimes they like to sit down when they browse books. Unfortunately only place available is the floor. I don't appreciate staff constantly coming and telling the kids they can't. If they have an issue with the kids sitting on the floor then they need to make a space with chairs or benches where kids can happily look at books. "

" Usually it had books and lots of interesting varieties. But now they switched the books with electrical appliances. What on earth !? Night as well go downstairs to the the appliances store and buy stuff from there right . Some more they put school shoes to sell there . Down a floor there is Bata , a shoe shop , they also sell school shoes what . I prefer the popular before renovation to the one now but at least they still have stationary and assessment books are still there , thank God "

All the items you would need for work or school can be purchased here. Great stuff. " I was just at this bookstore a few minutes ago. What happened? I got pushed roughly to the side but one of their staff! What is this?! Is this how you treat your customers, your patrons?! This is an act of physical violence! I might have fallen and broken my arm! I am going to sit for one of the most important exam in my life for violin! Who is going to compensate for the damage, if caused? I am sincerely disappointed with this bookstore! I hope someone can do something about this! This is outrageous and uncalled for! "
