" Picket and Rail products are mostly using real solid wood which seems to last forever. Knock and feel the weight of their furnitures to feel how different is the quality compared to other furnitures that looks good but can't take the grunt of day to day use. i have a 12years old dining table that is still as solid as day one. "

" Confirmed our order and delivery date upon purchase at store with delivery date set at a mth after purchase. Texted a couple of days before the delivery date to say that they had set the delivery date wrongly.i had already booked my leave by then. Did not allow refund and made me wait 1.5 more mths for the delivery. And also expect me to take leave to accommodate THEIR delivery timing. Worst experience ever. "
