" Send wrong books and never follow delivery timing. Customers beware as name written cannot exchange. Buy school books and received wrong level delivered. Never notice until name written. There goes the money as cannot exchange despite the bookshop also have fault. Didn't offer refund at half price. Just simple apologise and customers need to pay for their mistakes? First and last time I would order home delivery from here. "
