" Professionally managed workshop but because of the large amount of cars they service, it lacks the full attention you usually get at smaller workshops as it seems they just want to finish up your car to clear the back log. My service rep (Anthony) wasn’t very helpful and friendly. Told him about a side problem with my car and he said will get the Mechanic to check but when I check with the mechanic he said he wasn’t told. While the the outward service (nice waiting area, coffee) was good, it just lacks the personal touch to go the extra mile. "
