" I went in this morning to have the registration number swapped between my old & new car and register my new car.
05 January 20185 mins to fill in the form, 5 mins of waiting & another 5 mins later I was done.
The lady at the counter was very helpful.
No complaints here !
Government service has improved by leaps & bounds in the past decade or so. .
This would have taken longer in a lot of western countries.
We should be proud & thankful for the improvement in our public service delivery system. "
