10 June 2018They do not allow to try before you buy or confirm purchase, which is ridiculous, especially for beginners.
Also one staff member could not understand my question about spare parts for bicycle, and didn't know what kind of warranty they provide for the cruiser board.
In general, the personnel is friendly and competent, though.
Assortment is also good. "

The staff is very helpful and I will definitely recommend my friends to go there. They have a wide selection of scooters and skateboards too. Building is a bit quiet though, not a normal mall. "

" Great service from this shop. During a short trip to Singapore I sent a message via their site to confirm which location had particular stock I was looking for. It was quickly confirmed that what I wanted was at Henderson location. 5 minutes later my phone rang, they got my number from email signature and employee offered to deliver to my hotel for free. 10 minutes later I had the skates I wanted and even before the shops opened. Will deal again. Great service from Mr Choong. "
