" National step challenge app went into technical issues while I was redeeming the tier 2 vouchers (2x $5). Vouchers wasn't mailed to me. Emailed and emailed and emailed. All they reply was to say "we are still checking". It will take months for you to check. And we participated in the event at junction, not sure to say lucky or unlucky to win the lucky draw of Nike vouchers. The nike vouchers must be collected at HPB itself. We called before heading over but when we reached, it was unclear where to go to and no one ever picks up the damn call! Waited and trying to call hoping someone will pick up the call for so long!! It's such a total WASTE OF TIME! Stop doing it since you cannot do it right.

" Unfriendly with iphone Health kit. Unable to sync ever since changed to another iphone (with restore from iphone backup). The steps were all recorded in the Health kit, but Healthy 365 apps could not sync/upload them. "

" I was very shocked to see very poor support from the NIR. An email which i sent in March 2016, was not yet attended or replied, after 4 attempts and after a month, in April, finally after 3 attempts to reach the person handling it, Mr Ng, i was asked all basic info again, which i had already submitted. Not a single email response came from the NIR with any sort of updates. I was supposed to give the 14th week immunisation for my child and even at 18th week, i have no reply from NIR, even after mentioning the details and significance. No wonder people go to private clinics. Really sad to see that in Singapore when everything is supposed to be efficient, this alone stands out to be very negative. I am still waiting, hoping they will act smart. "
