" Lousy Aircon service provided to install new unit of Aircon that we bought from BEST DENKI, don't even know why Best Denki chooses this vendor -
02 November 20171 - Always LATE - First day of install - late for 2 hours, in the end cannot complete on time and cannot move the remining work to next day, end up working late with no lights (Our house has yet to install lights).
2 - After working late, we told them to sweep the floor, SHODDY JOB of cleanup - left tons fo debris due to drilling works and nails which scratches our new tiled floors. We end up have to clean up after them. They didn't even bring protection materials even though they promised!
3 - Very rough - banged onto our new wardrobe door and left a hole on it, we protected it with a cardboard cover and ended up the cardboard cover came off after their work and left a hole on the acrylic
4 - After completion inspection - LATE LATE LATE - late for 1.5 hours~!! Promised this and that....and coming again to assess full damage.
5 - Even want to come assess damage - STILL LATE!!! for 2 hours! Fed up and left.
Do not go to this vendor if you want to get your aircon done!!! "
