" No clear label to identify blocks. Main lift is mostly out of order. There is another lift in block B, let's solve the puzzle to find lift in block B. If you are in circular block means you in one of these blocks (A,B,C,D) look for the lift is it doesn't work look for the hidden door behind lift. Go straight until you reach next block, which is between A and C, turn left and look for hidden door for lift lobby. You can use it to reach upper floors. "
