" I had a wheel that had broken several spokes over less than a year. The shop I bought the bike from originally was useless, other shops just wanted to sell me a new bike, but these guys were different. They treated me with respect and gave honest advice. The wheel was rebuilt for a very reasonable price and it hasn't given me any problems since. Brilliant! "
