The exterior of this hotel might seem old, and the hotel lobby situated on the 3rd level of the building, with a shopping center below. The interior of the hotel is pretty cosy and provide a comfortable feel.

The hotel rooms are also pretty new and comfortable. With view overseeing Orchard Road depending on the room that you are getting.

The hotel also have a fitness facility, as well as a swimming pool.

The hotel also have a cafe / bar at the lobby level. The breakfast offered is buffet style, and have various crusine styles that will suit every one. The service provided is also very good, and the atmosphere is great. "

I stayed at Concorde a few months ago. As I know that I will arrive late in that evening, I shot them an email confirming my reservation and asked them to hold my room. By the time I got there at about 10pm or so, I had lost the reservation. But the staff was very helpful and courteous. They upgraded me to a Premier room on the top floor for the duration of my stay. Here's my review summary.

Place: The hotel itself is quite old. However, the management has done an excellent job keeping the place not only clean, but also up to date. The room on the premier floor is very spacious, more than enough for 2 adults and 1 child.

Cleanliness: Very Clean.

Price: Reasonable given the fact that it's located on one end of Orchard Rd.

Overall : I'm very satisfied with my stay. The upgrade was definitely appreciated. And I am looking forward to staying here again in future. "
