" Check-in fast. Air-conditioning OK. Free shuttle to KLIA, excellent. Room quite crampy. Door of bathroom should be changed to sliding, difficult to enter, blocked by the sink. Check-out good, no hassle. "

" The hotel is just ok. They provide free shuttle from and to the airport but we couldn't take it after waiting for more than 1 hour because the shuttle can is full after fetching passengers from KLIA. We end up using Uber that cost us RM 35. Having said that, the hotel is actually quite nice. Clean and have all the basics for you for a good rest before catching your next flight. "

" Not recommended at all. Waiting for 1 hour for shuttle van at klia2. But only limited passenger allowed to get into the van. End up using grab which cause us RM65 for less 20km to the hotel "

" The services are rubbish. They say that i am not yet pay the fee just because they have problem with their shuttle bus. After reconfirming the id and realized its their own fault ,they seems to create excuses to us. Please don't book this hotel of you have a rushing schedule otherwise you will be missed the flight or any other. My family had to sleep on the chair inside the airport just because of their very bad services. "

" This is a budget hotel out by KLIA. Expect quality equal to the price. That said, the staff here was so unbelievably nice. They even took me out do dinner next door. I will never forget the friendliness of everyone here. It really set the tone for my trip to Malaysia. "

06 November 2017It is a budget hotel. During my visit, there is only one cleaning staff, so the room wasn't really clean; the floors aren't swept thoroughly. There are thick dust on the near the bed and condom plastic under the bed. The phone is the room doesn't specify how to call the front desk. I have to go down to the front desk to ask for anything.
The hotel is quite far from the town area but there are restaurants within walking distances.
The area are a bit dark and lonely at night. Do not walk alone at night as the area is also foreign workers' hostels. So there are many men loitering at night. "

09 September 2017The main issue with the hotel is that it's not near at all from Kuala Lumpur; & if you want to go there every now & then, so you'll pay a lot of money for transportation. Otherwise, there are some nearby restaurants, super markets, and the Hotel offer transportation facilities.
I spent there a night for transit & it was fine "

" This Hotel was fair for the price. It is a bit of a tired building with a few renovations happening here and there. Our room was pleasant and updated and had a very good Air Conditioning unit. My only real complaint was that the WiFi was working fine and then just died completely. I had calls to make overseas and needed the internet to do some work so this was really annoying. They reset the modem a couple of times but we had to wait until morning to get it fixed. By then it was too late. Great place to stop for a quick pit-stop to/from tbe airport. Good, cheap restaurants in the area and a 12MYR Uber Taxi to the Airport. "

" Hear all neighbours even guy snoring! The place has such thin walls and doors that you simply hear everything...people snoring, toilets, sink water, walking through down hallways etc. Else all good- staff, wi-Fi, 25 min to airport is really good. But, my aim was to get a good night one night sleep to break up my travel to Australia. I didn't have a good night sleep. Might look elsewhere next time. "
