" I would give less than one star if that was an option. Victor, one of the sales guys, booked a trip for me and took a deposit for it. Six hours later I ran into him again and he said the trip had been canceled because he could not fill the spots, of course he had told me that there were already enough people to fill the spots when he took my money. He offered to book me on another more expensive trip that was not going where we wanted to go. In the end he would not return our deposit I asked to speak to the owner and he pointed at the closest guy, I seriously doubt he was the owner it his response was that he had to back his employee. He ripped us off. The amount was only about 25$ U.S not enough for me to go ballistic about but enough to leave this review. It appears I should have checked his reviews before doing business with him as this appears to be his operating standard. I will move on and not let the hours I spent dealing with this or the experience wreck my trip but consider yourself warned. "
