" Terrible experience. My partner & I booked a 30min back massage & 1hr foot massage. We should have known it wasn't going to be a great experience when we found all the staff hiding behind the counter playing on their phones & didn't acknowledge us until we lent over the counter & said we had a booking. After a few minutes of 'discussing' who would draw the short straw and actually do some work we were led upstairs. We both had a 30 min back massage which would have to be the worst massage either of us has ever had. They covered both of us in horrible oil & performed a completely half arsed attempt at massage and obviously had no training. After my 30 min massage I was escorted downstairs & left standing in the reception area. I asked if the foot massage would be here & was told yes. After about 10 mins my partner hadn't come down so I asked when the foot massage would start. They informed me they had only booked us in for 1 foot massage & were fully booked. No apology was given. Meanwhile my partner was having her 'foot massage' which was basically a leg massage & 5 mins on the feet. After 40mins her 'masseuse' said, 'have to finish now, no time for 60min foot massage, other customer waiting'. Even though we had booked days in advance. Again no apology & we were given a bill for the full amount. No discount was offered & only after we refused to pay the whole amount did they offer a small discount. Overall a horrible experience and there are much better places on the island. "

" The massage was average. Not too bad but not as good as it could be, but it was fine for the price. Paid about 300k for 2 hours of massage. The staff wasn't that friendly, but it was ok. The pedicure was the minimum of what they could do and it hurt a bit, because she was a little bit rough. The view is amazing, though. "
