" This hotel outlook is great. Convenient to Nagoya Hill, 10min walk. BUT! Not for anyone looking for a good relaxation with comfy room. Hotel room claimed to have renovated, but interior still looks bad for both Lobby and Room. I requested for a change of room 3 times, going to 4th but giving up as all room changed for me is the same, smelly and stuffy. Corridors walkway to room, you starts to feel stuffy. Room doesn't have safebox, and no proper wardrobe for clothes. There is a window blinds in the bathroom and all having moulds grown on it. Terrible ventilation and air conditioning is seems centralised where technician can't do anything about it. Ventilation and air con vents are all blocked with dust.
16 January 2018Seriously, if you want walking distance to mall and no others fussy request, you can just choose this hotel. If you don't mind taking a taxi, since every where in Nagoya, taxi charges is the same. Just go a a bit distance hotel within Nagoya, with the price you can definitely can better rooms and comfort. "
