" I purchased a set of tea afternoon for my colleague when I visited ION Ochard SG. And I realized that there are so many scratches on the saucer as the photos I attached after I presented it to my colleague! There is even an area which the color has changed!!! How embarrassing!!!

" Been to Ion Orchard's TWG twice, and experienced bad service both times. The first time, a server was rude, acting like it was a chore to refill my iced water. The second time, we were seated but left without menus until we beckoned for them, as if the staff had forgotten we existed. Combined with a bad experience at Marina Bay Sand's TWG, where a server tried to make my partner and I feel bad for sharing a tea set, today's experience has made me expect poor service from TWG. Don't get me wrong - the tea is great - but the staff should not be rude to customers. "

16 January 2016我点的是乌龙茶，这款茶很特别的是有一股奶香味，淡淡的奶香味可是喝起来只有茶水味，喝的过程很享受，奶香味刺激嗅觉。好喝好喝。可惜走的时候没有买点回来！
五个三明治拼盘，我能说真的很难吃吗，虽然做得很精致，食材很高级，可是真的不适合我们的口味，一盘五个大概麻将牌大小的三明治我们都没吃完，没吃完是因为难吃。小面包很硬上面撒了孜然也是奇怪，鹅肝太腥，鹌鹑蛋色拉不好夹起来吃，牛肉三明治跟巴黎贝甜有款面包很像。不值，去的小伙伴们千万别点了！！
树莓芝士蛋糕太好吃了，至少比费尔蒙的好处，价格差不多，但是TWG的似乎材料更实在，冰淇淋太好吃啦啦啦啦。比哈根达斯的好吃一万倍，很正的红梅味道酸甜可口～cheese蛋糕配合外面的奶油，搭一口苦苦的乌龙茶～这就是完美下午茶啦啦啦～
总结：如果你们去试一试建议点一壶茶，一块蛋糕。下午茶刚好。加水是额外收费的。服务费税都是有的。本土的品牌试一下总没错 "

10 January 2014It is not that great as a brunch place, however. The food is fairly expensive. For $19++, I had a portion of scrambled eggs with smoked salmon and salad. There was three times more salad than eggs, which was served up in a nice but small bowl. Simply not enough for a hungry girl. "
