4. Door latch was broken & fixed
5. Card scan panel was loose & fixed
6. Air cond was down & fixed (luckily suite has 2 units of aircond)
7. No hair dryer
8. Hotel condition not up to expectation as in the published photos
9. Nothing much to explore nearby except Tesco "

" We stayed at this Place for one night only.But then my experience was terrible as the bath room was stinking, and I had to keep the door closed for normal breathing.
None of the plug points (Electrical Sockets)were in proper shape and I had to do a lot of circus to plug in my international adaptors .
The only consolation was the Air conditioner which was a brand new split AC was wonderful and refreshing.
The Dinner was excellent but the credit for which goes to the Chef who was part of our tour operator. "

" The toilet seat was sticky and covered in yellow urine stains. The toilet cover was broken. There was sand (soil?) on the bed and underneath the bedsheets. The room smelt terrible upon walking in for the first time, my guess is carpets are musty and haven't been vacuumed or deep-cleaned in a long time judging by the odour and colour. There was an air-freshener installed which activates once every hour or so even through the night and though that helped get rid of the smell temporarily, it disrupted our sleep and irritated our throats due to the strong smell. Obviously the room was very poorly maintained. "

" Small rooms. Food is ok and the prices are cheap in the restaurant (e.g.14rm for a fried rice). The bar used to be lively but it's empty now on most days, it just doesn't have a bar atmosphere anymore. It doesn't have it's own facilities (swimming pool etc), you have to walk over to the condo beside the hotel which the hotel has some sort of agreement with to allow it's guest to use the condo facilities. "

" My 1st impression when reached this hotel is that it's sort of like an apartment converted to a hotel.
My deluxe room is roomy with balcony. There were bits of crackers on the carpets from previous guest but it was quickly attended by the staffs.
All the staffs i encountered are very polite.
The downside is the car park and swimming pool is located on a separate building adjacent to the hotel. "

" Have book the hotel for 2 days through agoda from 23/12/2017 to 25/12/2017. Have get all the booking ID number confirmed. Make our way to the hotel and the staff told us that the hotel is already fully booked. No hotel room for us and force us to go other hotel. We are not the only one to have this problem. They say the problem is not their hotel issue. U go and find your way out. Worst experience of all. "

" Love to give a 4 star if not for:
-pool area and parking too far and not connected to lobby. Inconvenient for older folks and ppl with babies.
-no elevators for easy access to parking bays.
-lack of food outlets in and around the premises. A snack vending machine is available but charges are crazy.

Apart from this the staff are too friendly and always greet with a smile. "

" Brown water coming out from tap and shower
Blackout for almost 3 hours shortly after we checked in
Burning smell in room at evening (checked was not due to fire)
Pillows have many lumps and stinks - requested for new pillows
Felt like bedding was not changed from earlier guest, felt itchy sleeping on the bed, blanket stinks
Aircon not cold, compressor makes a din throughout the night
Curtains had Brown stains
Carpets in room and in walkways are very dirty with many black stains
Toilet seats have black scratches
Toilet bowl not clean either
Have to walk across in the open to another building, up a very dark carpark to access the carpark, gym and swimming pool
No food stalls nearby, have to drive
To walk to Tesco you need to walk along a very quiet road with a lot of construction debris, sand and gravel. Tesco extra is relatively empty with not much food choices. "

" The hotel has certainly improved with better ID at the lobby and amenities seemed to have been repaired especially the air-conditioners. However, breakfast quality has gone down. Car park is still not convenience as the back is always fully occupied with buses. Staff are courteous and efficient. "

Spacious yet affordable "Business Executive" suite with a king bed, a sofa bed, 2 TV's and 2 bathroom! Friendly staff and clean room (and toilets). A good place to stay with your family. Another good point; it's located next to Tesco Extra, for your convenience.

Cons:
Car parks are located in a separate building with no elevator. Highly advised that you drop your passengers and luggages first before parking the car. "

" I was lucky enough to stay in a business suite which was clean enough & the service was reasonable. Location is a bit of a problem because its sort of in the middle of nowhere.

The breakfast was really ordinary and not suited to Western taste at all. Also my Chinese Malaysian wife wasn't a fan of the breakfast either.

There is a bar which has a Filipino women singing modern Western songs eg. PINK (she was singing on a Saturday night, see hotel for nights of the weeks that she plays). I didn't get to see her but my parents thought she was awesome and the highlight if the there stay.

Would try to find something better next time. "

" Not a big hotel but very cozy, which I like. They also have tennis & squash courts and free of hotel guests to use, apart from swimming pool! We also spent a day at Johor Premium Outlets. Room was clean. Food was great - chicken otak otak - excellent! The business suite I stayed has 2 full bath rooms, 2 TVs, quite unexpected. And it is close to Singapore. Definitely will see if I can go there again in my next trip to Singapore. ;-)) "
