" Careless, bad attitude, treat being service car as sport car. Drive without carefulness and professional. We are here to service our car but seem like the employees here are mostly unprofessional and rude. They are thinking they are Fast Furious actors, the only 3S store in johor bahru. No choice. No recommend to purchase Proton vehicles, it is cheap but it is expensive for after sale services. Warranty is not included service. If they any fault, they will just simply do in simple action. Do not expect they will spend time and cost on your car. I am done with Proton, never look back to this stupid and lousy brand and place. "
