" Product quality good. Have been using it for years. However, their aftersales support service very lousy. Be careful with it if you are particular on service.

2. Inexperience service man - when I consult the technician for buying a new hob, he told me not worth to buy from Mayer, he said the product is from China, not worth to buy a new one. Surprise answer to me.
3. Order spare part for 1 month, no update from service center.
4. Service charge for changing spare part go by per item basis, not per visit. "
