" Place is 3 storey hotel. Nice and clean. No lift, so customers with walking disability might want to check if they have ground floor rooms. There is a staff in the carpark in front that looks after customers cars. I book through Expedia and was caught off guard when told deposit must be paid in cash. Malaysia also started a RM10 tax for hotel stay. That too must be paid in cash. "

" Worst hotel we ever paid for! My friend and I tried to check in at hotel at midnight but noticed booked the wrong date at one day before. Although the hotel checked that they do have room available, they refused to provide us the room out of goodwill and turned us away. I requested to the staff that I wish to talk to the manager over the phone but the manager hanged up even before I get to speak! What kind of customer service is this?!? We will definitely not book this hotel again! So unprofessional and not customer-oriented! "
