" We friends group of us stayed here for few nights, and it was an excellent stay from start to finish. We book Dormitory room (great value for beg packers), which made for a very easy check-in and check-out. The staff was amazing, special thanks to Adam Supervisor in the Front Line were also brilliant and genuine information for us: total number of night at last end with always very glad to help, very friendly and providing an outstanding service for us to guide and book Grab car. My room was very good, being spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel is surrounding with mall and Clubs, restaurants and many more. I would highly recommend staying here. "

" Very disappointing experience I had with my stay of 2 nights in a premium category room. Room design and looked good online, but after checking in only realized that such a bad service and not well ready room for customer. TV channels are not working, door lock was not ready to use, bathroom drainage is blocked. When I wanted to call reception only realized the phone is not working also. I went down to reception to complain, it took me one hour there but problem unable to settle. At the end they give me 10% room rate refund. Imagine I was at that situation do I have any choice? I had to accept it.
31 March 2018The next day I request the water bottle to be refilled. I went down to request at the reception, 3 times, job was not done, at the end I have to refill the water myself.
And can you imagine that the room have no rubbish bin, not in the toilet or in the room. I did request at the receptionist but no one send any rubbish bin to my room.
I am paying do a premium category room rate but I think I got negative service. What a disappointing experience. "

" Amazing great stay at this hotel! The rooms are clean and the bed is probably one of the most comfortable with smooth smells ones I've slept in. the most i unexpected and feel woww the way room set up with amenities and toiletries exactly as grand boutique hotel. My daughter and husband feel good with inside bathroom the Swan towel hahahh totally cute. The staff is very friendly and helpful by getting hairdryer and enough of water for us. Adam who reception staff so manner and friendly by giving many details about surrounding hotel facilities and what's good. The location is great right next to the Sutera Mall and few minutes to paradigm mall. There is a walkway that connects many bistro and Night club around, it's very happening as Singapore Orchard. We loved it here and would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in JB. "

" My 2nd time staying in this hotel. Its location is excellent because it is surrounded by a food enclave. My room is on level 1, just behind the reception as well as the hotel's bar/pub, so can be noisy at times. The room was a deluxe triple, no basic toiletries provided but towel provided. Was staying in the deluxe suite previously so it was better. Ok to stay if you are here for 1 night. "

" The fragrance juz too strong. What really irritating is the hot shower. Apparently the water is very small, and also the hot water. It state that how water need to wait, i open about 15min, the water is still cold, somemore the water become very small. Room and corridors very dark with purple color. Not a good experience with it and the nightlifr downstair very annoying until 3am. "

" Stayed two nights in a superior double, not a big room, but it's cheap. Cleanliness is good, but there's scent of cigarette smoking presumably left by previous guests (personally hate this). Walls are not very soundproof, it can get very annoying if there's noisy guest in the corridor. Location-wise, the night life here is pretty active, lots of choices for dinner and dessert. There's also a mall nearby, around 10-15 minutes walking distance. "

" Pathetic internet... I came here to work in peace but I found out that no kitchen, no internet and no coffee. No proper place to sit apart frim ur own bed. I am giving 2 star only for it's interior. Already complaint but no resolution. I paid already so cannot checkout but definitely not coming back again if it's not fixed today,. Seriously. "
