" Really nice set up, despite still being under construction. Direct access to a private beach, lots of options for food and drink and multiple pools and other amenities. Pricing a bit steep for some items considering local alternatives, but given the self catering option we could have planned around this. "

" A great place to stay! The rooms are neat and clean. The room we stayed had a living space, a bedroom and kitchen. The kitchen is fully loaded with microwave, induction stove, fridge, coffee maker, bread toaster and with a complete set of utensils. We cooked and had a delicious meal. You also have a small store at the reception area if you need to buy some veggies. The complimentary breafast for weekday guests are served at the Lotus cafe (Angsana resort). The breakfast was very lavish covering a wide range of taste and country. You should never miss. The hotel has Jetskiing, snorkeling and other water sport activities. The beach is very much private and was serene, neat and clean. (However we found oil leaks on the shore that stick to my kids legs and we had a tough time cleaning them. The resort provides special oil to clean yourself. Take care) The staffs are very friendly and courteous. Highly recommend this place. "

" As of now, the some of rooms are still under renovation, but those that are done are beautifully renovated. The rooms are cleaned and the children enjoy the loft. There are some cons too.. Cassia seems quite lack of manpower, even though the staff are very friendly. And they currently do not have their own dining hall, which have to share with Banyan Tree resort. "

The hotel is the newest addition to the exclusive Laguna Bintan Integrated Resort, which houses a suite of facilities including indulgent spas and an 18-hole golf course.
26 October 2017The cool weather means the days are much more enjoyable and we finally have time to do stuff we haven’t managed to do so already. We can finally pick up that book we’ve had our eyes on for ages, visit that spot we’ve been dying to see or simply just have some ‘me’ time. We are going to spend tropical island making the most of what we’ve always missed: real quality time. Happy day, happy hours and happy minutes! "

" Friendly Service. Every staff member always gave us a smile. The beach is very nice and it's clearer as compared to the Nirvana beach. The rooms are really new and that it has a brand new smell akin to receiving your new BTO kind. The amenities and items in the room were really good brands. Do check out the Nintendo Switch just beside the freezers, great fun to play with.
03 October 2017The downsides are that most of the hotel are still in renovation. The supermarket food are pretty expensive and the portions are small so am not too sure about getting people to cook in their apartments.
All in all, it's pretty good value for the price one is paying. Only until end of the year though. "
