" my mother and I went to see the specialist for different problems (me = knee, mother = frozen shoulder). After completing treatment, my mother is able to raise her hand above her head compared to before when she can barely lift her hand. My knee was diagnosed immediately for ITB and although took time (and some pain), am now able to walk without pain. Also, the staff thought us how to further take care of the joints (proper warm-up, exercise etc.). So, if you book you appointment beforehand, the staff will be very accommodating and professional. Please make a call to them for further clarification. To the wonderful staff, thank you for your help "

" I was suffering from a wrist pain for a few weeks and i had finally decided to see him for some treatments . I used messeger to contact and to obtain informations from them. The replies was fast and there are really reaponsive. The physiotherapist, Jonathan was professional, he detected my problem very fast and treated it with some physical treatments. And many thanks to them for not implying any charges considering my difficulty to pay as a student. There would be no doubt for me to recommend this to anyone who are suffering from joint or spine pain like me. "

05 September 2016Skillful and nice physiotheraphist but lousy receptionist. Will refer you to physio without informing while being told that u will meet chiro during registration just because the receptionist is cuting queue for her friend that walk-in to the clinic (without appoinment). Very unsatisfied.
Greetings to whom it may concern, i would also clarify on the points below:
1. "patient who came in to see Dr David is no friend of any of the staffs"
If u denied, no one can prove this, so i shall skip on this.
2. "It is within our standard operating procedure to send patients with severe pain to see the chiropractor"
If u refer to ur footage on cctv, u can actually see that i cant even bend my back on that day, i have to be straight all the time, how much pain am i suffer will depends on how the reader interpret.
3. "Our member of the staffs deemed that your condition was best suited trained sports physiotherapist."
Your staff clearly and confidently gave me a statement that i will be meeting ur chiropractor when I register.
4. And i overheard the conversation between 2 of ur staffs, where one told the other she is not daring to tell me i will be shifted just for the other patient to meet chiro first as for no reason being told.
5."Once again the mistake may be ours for not clarifying before hand that you will be seeing the sports physiotherapist instead of the chiropractor."
I am sure your receptionist told me "you will be meeting dr david once his meeting end, please wait for a moment".
6. Lastly, just forgt about the chiro session, im okay now, not neccessary anymore, i've consulted others.
Im posting this as a review of my visit so that everyone know what is going on, i dont mean to claim anything back. 😊 "
