Our vision is to deliver top-quality tuna to people who enjoy premium seafood as much as we do. Our tuna is sourced ensuring fair working conditions as well as the best sustainability standards supporting local artisanal fisheries and communities. Using single-hook handlines, fishermen target tuna with small kites attached to the fishing line. This traditional way of fishing helps attract fish without the use of Fish Aggregating Devices, enabling minimal to no by-catch. Strategically located within reach of the Moluccan sea, quality is ensured from the time of catch. By working with selected fishing vessels that share a common vision in what we do, we harvest high quality tuna from pristine Indonesian waters. The fish is quickly moved through a series of processing steps with stringent quality control. Our carefully handled products are frozen at -70degC and shipped in -35degC magnum containers to our customers worldwide. The cryogenic temperatures at the point of freezing, ensures that the natural flavours and quality from a freshly caught tuna can now be enjoyed anywhere, at any time.
