" Those who lost their return tix, fret not, it is tied to ur passport. Take note: be careful at the batam immigration, they may purposely single u out if u holding a handphone and point to the cctv that it is recording u using it ... They will say at singapore malaysia custom u will follow the rules and u dun respect them here by not following rules .. Then another person will lead u to another place saying u will be deported back to u can pay a summon of Sgd$50 to enter batam "

" This is a budget ferry to Batam (and back to Singapore). I booked online and the experience was okay. Other passengers can be annoying though if you are travelling alone and chanced upon a rowdy bunch or out of control kids. I still give this a four as I did not really experience major problems and most of the hiccups was not caused by their service nor their crew. "

" Very casual and average service by the staff. The lady at the counter was more interested to go back to surf her phone than handover tickets. While the main service may be ok, people at singapore counter are very disappointing in their interactions with customers. "

" Batam Fast is like cattle cargo, crowded with people bring back second hand stuff from Singapore
03 November 2017( which is not really legal) , always late, the stuff is great and friendly, but the management just sucks!!
My advise use Majestic ferry operator , same price, depart 10 min after the BATAM SLOW and arrive at the same time, and please super FAST Batam put in place some reguation for the luggage if not soon we start to see kambing and ayam kampung running around!!!

" Very convenient and pleasant experience. The ferry from harbourfront to batam center terminal took about 1 hour. I had booked my return ticket from Harbour bay terminal to Harbourfront terminal, but later wanted to return to Tanah Merah instead. I went to the batam fast ticket counter and they made the change immediately. This saved time for me to reach home sooner. The ferry was comfortable and sufficient for the ride to and fro from batam. "
