" 19 Dec 2017 evening, I walked into Raffles City outlet and took out my charm bracelet and told them I need it to be service as some cyrstals has fallen out. 2 sales personnel look at my bracelet and doubted that it belongs to their brand. One even ask me if I was sure that charm bracelet was bought from Swarovski. I was rather appalled by that statement and also felt annoyed. I bought the bracelet probably more than 12 years ago which I believe this design is no longer sold anywhere int he world and I had to ask them how long have their worked with this brand and how much have they seen over the years. Very quickly the younger sales personnel walked away leaving the older sales personnel to look through my bracelet and find their swan logo on one of the charm and confirmed my bracelet did belong to Swarovski. From this experience I felt they should train their sales personnel to be more professional and discreet on their comments. I may not owned many pieces of Swarovski but I will not even consider buying a fake piece & walk into the brand store to get it service. "

" 售后服务很差。买了有问题要拿回去保修用一堆理由讲他们没有做这些。我拿去kl的分行却说可以修。我的水晶里面有几颗是变黑了，kl的分行说可以修，你如果买了到现在没有超过二年就免费保修。结果我昨天拿保修卡去jbcc哪里的员工直接告诉我变黑了就不可以修了就算你给钱都没有办法！！！ "

I bought twice in that shop :
- a ring
- a necklace
I had problems because the crystal has fallen down 2 months after purchase. I was told that the shop will replace the jewel if the crystal fall. As i imagine, they already had many problems and now the answer is that i have to wait 6 months to have it replaced.
We are far from european and international quality control so do not purchase any items there.

Seperti yang saya bayangkan, mereka sudah punya banyak masalah dan sekarang jawabannya adalah bahwa saya harus menunggu 6 bulan untuk memilikinya diganti.
