" Legendary shopping center in Situbondo. I think their brand is very-known among locals. KDS is stand for Karunia Dharma Sentosa.

Recently they built two-storey parking lot due to inadequate parking on the side of the road. They also provided customers with a musholla (praying room) and also two elevators (unfortunately all of it are going upstairs). Shame of there are no toilets for customers inside the building. The only toilet around located outside the building, near the parking lot. "

" Kondisi toko panas, ac seperti tidak berfungsi. Gak ada kamar mandi di dalam toko, adanya cuma di parkiran. Pramuniaga kerja lelet, ngomongnya ada yg jutek, gak ramah sama pembeli. Kasir kerja nya juga lelet, udah tau kasir antri panjang, kerjanya malah meyeh2, kayak ga fokus ke pekerjaan. Parkir motor skrg sudah ada 3 lantai, lantai paling atas masih lgsg kena matahari, jadi mending klu parkir motor di lantai 1 atau 2 saja. Parkir mobil masih susah, atau mungkin masih dlm tahap pembangunan "

" Pelayanannya kurang memuaskan krna pramuniaga yg melayani saat belanja ada bberapa yg kurang ramah dgn nada ngomong yg agak cuek kpd customer...dgn kelas mall di kota situbondo yg hanya satu2nya hrusnya pelayanannya pramuniaga lbh ramah dan memasang wajah2 yg lbh fresh (senyum) kpd customer sprti halnya mall2 di kota tetangga j**b*r,agar lbh survive... harus ditambah AC ya biar nggak gobyos saat belanja 😃😆😂🤣... eskalator hrus sllu on,perlu eskalator naik & turun krn kasihan para lansia yg berbelanja klau pkai tangga darurat kakinya capek...😬😬😬 "
