For those of you who want to make a passport in the city of Malang, can go to this immigration office.
To take care of your passport, there are two paths available that are offline and online. For offline channels, all stages of the process are done manually at immigration and bank offices.
Requirements that must be provided in making passport are : Copy of ID card (identity card) 1 sheet,
Photocopy of Family Card 1 sheet
Copy of Birth Certificate / Marriage Certificate / last 1 page certificate.
These requirements are copied on the same page, not cut and all three must contain identical data. Original files are also brought for verification purposes.
If you take an offline route, first go through the file check queue. Completeness of the file will be checked by the officer. After the file is complete, the officer will provide a folder containing your documents as well as a single sheet and a statement. This letter of statement requires IDR 6000 stamp duty.
After that, there will be a queue numbering for interviews, photo taking and fingerprints. This process usually takes 3-4 hours depending on the situation and conditions.
After that, the payment process is done in partner banks, namely in BNI 46 bank. Costs incurred in accordance with the letter given after the interview.
In the interview process, the officer asked about the purpose in making the passport. One of the prices charged is IDR 355,000 for a 48 page passport. After the interview is completed there will be a notice when the passport can be taken.
Passport will be completed within 5 working days from the day of registration. Taking a passport is done at the first Class Immigration office in Malang as the place of the passport application.
Immigration Office class I Malang city is open on weekdays at 07.30-16.00 pm.
The immigration office only opens up quotas for 100 offline registrants, 30 online registrants, and 20 for toddlers and seniors every day.
Both parking spaces for two-wheeled vehicles and four-wheel drive are widely available. If you are still in the queue and still far from the call officer, we can go out to find the food and drinks we need. The place is not far from the Immigration office where we are in the queue.
The services of the officers here are quite spright and they are trained to serve us safely and comfortably. For all that I give 5 stars to this public service office. "
