" I've been travelling Indonesia for 6 weeks now and can confidently say this is the worst place i've stayed in. Firstly it took an age to find a staff member as the desk at entrance is permanently unmanned which set the tone as they were pretty useless for our entire stay. The room we were put in was grim. There was a leak from the pipes so there was water all over the floor. The Room smelled awful and the bed was stained so we ended up in our sleeping bags. There was no basin or hot shower water in the bathroom. The second night of our stay we moved to another room which was slightly better but this time it had no bathroom. The shared bathroom was hilariously poor. If you flush the toilet it took a good 20 mins to refill so good luck if you need to go after someone else on the floor. Also toilet paper is a scarce commodity. wifi is decent if you're on the first or second floor but after that forget it. I know bromo isn't reknowned for accommodation standards but i'm fairly sure theres far better places to stay. "

" When we arrived no one was there to greet us and we had to wait for them. Another couple was in the reception area already and they contacted them through email. There are just stairs and no lift and our room was on the top floor and this was very difficult with luggage. Outside our room there was a wet patch which we didn't know why it was there. The room itself; there was only 1 double bed and we booked for 3 adults this meant we had to all sleep in 1 bed. We complained about this but they didn't do anything about it. Also there was just 2 towels and 2 pillows and we asked 10 times throughout the day for a third where we just about received a towel. The guy (little skinny guy, looks about 12) said we had to pay extra for the 3rd pillow, and we said no we booked for 3 so should have 3. The room was dirty, disgusting, not been cleaned, the bedding was questionable and the bathroom looked like it hasn't been washed in decades. There was hair and dust and dead bugs in the window and on the windowsill and the toilet looked filthy. The shower was meant to be hot and it was just about warm. The water leaked into the room and the wet patch outside was water leaking out of the bathrroom into the corridor as well as into the room which meant there was dirty water everywhere. There is no basin to brush your teeth, just the toilet and shower. Overall this is a filthy place and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone "
