" 1st visit everything was nice. 2nd visit, they repair the main water plumbing, and leave me with no water in my room while I was used the toilet! Next time, please do the maintenance on shift 2 or shift 3,not at 8 am when people needs running water at most "

" We had a amazing time at this place, staff is excellent, really friendly and very helpful. The hotel is so beautiful, they kept intact most of the old elements of the Dutch heritage building it was before and the interior is stylish and comfortable. The street by night does look a little deserted and dodgy but everything else is so good that wasn’t an issue at all. Thanks to everybody that made our stay great! "
