" This hotel has a crappy service system. My husband checked in earlier and I came later in the afternoon as I had a business to do and the hotel receptionists refused to inform me the room number booked by my husband. They told me to call my husband about it. The parking lot has very narrow space. The hotel sacrificed their long stay guests when the parking was full. They informed me that I had to do a valet parking and charged me for it. It costs Rp15,000 per parking. I stayed for 23 days and got no parking spot for my car several days. Their restaurant service was dishonest too. A staff informed me earlier that he would deliver the change but none happened. He kept the change. "

On weekends make sure you swim in the morning to avoid swim meetings and on weekdays after 6PM it is usually full of both swim training and synchronized swimmers. Pool is pretty clean and is very good for training. "
