" Went here for business trip. Since there were not so many choices of hotel around Rungkut, I tried this hotel expecting that it had access to Transmart in front. It turned out that you have to walk out quite far since there is a fence around Transmart so I restrained myself to go out. The atmosphere around hotel at night was quite spooky for a woman to walk.
08 April 2018The dissapointing point that made me never coming back again is the air-con. I stayed for 2 nights and already asked the officer to repair because the air-con is not working enough so I was sweating all night, but on the 2nd night there was no change. But seriously the air con is so small for a standard room.
Breakfast is not too impressive because I never had a high expectation also.
Overall for me once is enough. There is no reason for me to go back again. "

" The suite room is pretty large, with large LCD and many channels, bath tube is available, matress and pillows are pretty comfy. Quite place to stay and breakfast menu is quite interesting with western and local dishes. Fruits and juices are sufficiently vary and it is fantastic to find exotic fruits in between standard ones we always find in every hotels, i.e sapodilla and "lampungnese" banana. "

" The hotel is behind Transmart Rungkut complete with Playground, Restaurant, and Supermarket. But the access road entrance is quite narrow and holes through some shop. I checked in ahead of time, but immediately got a room for using Archipelago International membership. The rooms are sound even though not soundproof. But Wi-Fi connection is very slow (only 0.19 Mbps) so that generally can not be used if through Laptop. Romm Servicenya quite delicious though still be improved again. The breakfast served is quite complete with standard flavors. One of the advantages is the Swimming Pool at this hotel. "

27 April 2017I'm generally speaking satisfied with favehotels, with the exception of this one. Bedcovers were dirty with hair, lipstick, and general dirt. I waited 15 minutes before the housekeepers arrived to change them.
As an Archipelago member, I get discounts on food and beverage in the restaurant, but the staff refused to give me the discount, saying it was already included, which it wasn't. The price for what I ordered wasn't very much, but just the fact that they kept trying to convince me they had already given me the discount, pissed me off. They price I paid for the food was the same price as listed in the menu, plus tax, no discount. "

09 April 2017Room was not ready when i arrived. I waited too long (more than 30 minutes). After that they gave me wrong room type. Very dissapointed at the beginning.
Good one is they gave me compensation for that mistake with free room upgrade. Thanks.

The location very strategic. Walking distance from transmart, near airport, industrial area etc. And the breakfast surprisingly very tasty for budget hotel. Hotel rates very competitive. Best choice for budget traveler. "

" I love this hotel. it has a small pool. the bed is cozy. the AC is cold enough to make the room comfortable. The television channel is more than enough to watch (there are HD channel too). wifi is fast enough to watch YouTube with 480p. over all is good place. "

" We stayed here for 2 days. Unlike the other fave hotel in other city, this hotel is clean and decent. They provide a complimentary hot water if you want to make coffee or tea. The staffs are friendly, even to the kids. You can't find any refrigerator in your room, but if you need to keep your things inside the fridge, you can keep them in their storage.
