" If you want to buy item from IKEA via online just pick delivery to Distribution Point Surabaya, I just wait for 3 days than I can collect my item in this place. No delivery fee was charged, they just charged for handling fee Rp.60.000,-/Invoice. That is pretty cheap if you buy some big item such as chair, sofa, cabinet, etc. But if you want to buy small things you better look for "Jasa Titip" "

" This place is very convinient as a pick up point. So, while waiting for your stuff to be packed up, you can enjoy the facilities here, you can check their catalog, get some drinks, and talk to the worker get some more consultation about your home decoration. Keep in mind that this is a pick up point of Ikea stuff, so they sale nothing here. Usually, the costumers must do online transaction before hand then get their stuff here but they always provide delivery service. As far as I know, Ikea store is in Jakarta, and the lne that I have visited is the one in Alam Sutra. "
