" This hotel could be a gem if it was maintained well. The rooms are quite spacious and some give you nice view of away volcanoes.. However, I do think the management should really do a good check before hand in the room to the guests. Several lights were not working in our room and the toilet spray was leaking and making strange noise. The terrace looked it hasn't been cleaned for a while. Staffs also responded slowly. It is really a pity. "
