" the bedroom feels so nice; clean, comfortable, the view is amazing, and the place is kinda strategy. the breakfast is good there's always some 3/4 menu and any side dishes like fruit, some traditional cake, pudding and even a cereal!. the staff is really nice, they always greet you if they saw you. but the wudhu place in 2nd floor is dark and feels scary lol. but there's nothing much I want to complain. it's cheap but it's great! "

" I must say, ini adalah pengalaman menginap di hotel sekelas ini yg paling mengecewakan. Saya tertipu situsnya yg terlihat sangat-sangat meyakinkan. Even hotel with cheaper price can serve better.
30 November 2016Ini adalah hotel yg baru 3 minggu dibuka pas saya check in(info dr resepsionisnya). Akibatnya, fasilitas&layanan tdk 100%. Pihak hotel sdh menjelaskan itu di surat tertulis yg ada di kamar. But i dont think it can be an excuse. And hellooo, kenapa di situsnya tdk diinfokan apa2? Tidak diinfokan bahwa:
1. Amenities tidak lengkap (shampoo, sandal hotel, tissu di kamar tidak ada, bahkan kartu hotel saja belum ready:)
2. Cafe belum launching.
3. Di situs dipromosikan bahwa hotel dekat dg tea plantation, faktanya saya bertanya ke pihak hotel dan sepertinya mrk terkejut dg info ini and the truth is lokasi jauh dg kebuh teh. Lokasi dg stasiun jg tidak terlalu dekat.
4. Nah, the worst thing above all is, SARAPAN YG HANYA DIBERI PILIHAN MIE GORENG/NASI, roti bakar, buah yang hanya beberapa iris semangka, bahkan kopinya pun tidak ada cream/susu. Ya, itu saja sarapannya. Alasannya: Karena tamu less than 20 jadi ala carte.
Oh okay, saya bayar hotel full, tapi fasilitas dan service seperti ini, setengah-setengah. Can you imagine or at least think about it?
Definitely not recommend this hotel. The fast WiFi is the only good thing about this place. Only that. Sorry for being honest. But the hotel deserve it unless they can improve their service. Good luck with that! "
