" Samsat Outlet Kadipaten has a decent setup but I faced a small issue during my visit. The staff were polite which was a plus but there was a delay in processing my request. I had to wait longer than expected because several other customers were ahead of me. The waiting area was okay but could use more seating. I felt like the staff could benefit from additional training to speed up the process. Overall it was manageable but some improvements could be made. "

" I recently visited Samsat Outlet Kadipaten to transfer ownership of my motorbike. The staff were attentive and made sure I had all the documents ready before processing my request. I arrived early in the morning and there was hardly any queue which made the entire process hassle-free. It felt great to have everything done in such a short amount of time. The waiting area was comfortable enough with air conditioning which made the wait enjoyable. Despite the busy environment the staff remained calm and friendly throughout my visit. I would definitely visit this outlet again for any future needs. "
