" Why this hotel got 4⭐️ on rates on booking sites. The best I can suggest 3⭐️. Dark and spooky hallway, poor cleanliness and neatness. Also the breakfast is frenzy like the restaurant isn't large enough or the buffets aren't refilled fast enough to accommodate the guests, ESPECIALLY on high season "

" Decent accomodation if you need q place to rest around sentul area. A word of caution, this hotel is located inside Sirkuit Sentul - an active motoring circuit. Dont be surprised if you find yourself waking up to the sound of a roaring engine, yes the sound dampening of this hotel is sub standard. It could use a major renovation as well. "

" Over price hotel! I booked a superior room on the 3rd story and here's my sincere review. The room smells like an old lodges that wasn't used for a really long time and also there's a funny stain on the bedcover. Not just that, there's a holes in the curtain like it was ripped or worn out because of the aging (base on my own inspection). On the corner in my bed room, there's a brownish stain that looks like a leaked stain or something. A little encouragement to the management, you should up your game, even budget hotels are more nicer than that. The staff was nice though "

" My stay with Lor In was surprising: based on Google reviews, the hotel seems to be a solid 4/5 stars choice. My experience was so poor that I can’t imagine how it gets above 2 stars. The room was spacious and mostly comfortable, but right away the ceiling began to leak water, and the room became flooded. I called the reception to let them know. Instead of offering a change of room immediately, I waited for 30 minutes and the technician still didn’t come. I called them a second time, and 20 minutes later someone finally came to have a look. It was the air-conditioning, he said. He will get it fixed later. Still no change of room! The room was so flooded by now that the sofa was wet. Finally I went downstair to request a change of room directly at the reception. And instead of putting me in a different room, I waited for 15 minutes for them to send someone to come up with me to have a look at my room. Finally, after one hour, I was moved to a different room. The hotel did not offer any compensation for the inconvenience they’d caused. Not even a verbal apology. After this, I went to the hotel restaurant to get dinner. The waiters there seemed to be collectively avoiding me. It took me a while to get their attention and a menu. We ordered a beef burger and a gado-gado, which took them one hour to make. It seemed as if the kitchen prioritises room service instead of the restaurant customers because the restaurant was empty except for us and another table. They charge 21% on top of the already expensive price. And the food quality was average to substandard. I had to pay Rp34,000 plus 21% for the smallest can of coke. It was unbelievable.
06 August 2017Some other common problems too long to list include how old the towels look and smell: the edges were literally falling apart and you can make out brown stains all over the towels. The two rooms I stayed in had cigarette burnt marks everywhere. And the poor signal meant that the tv was practically unwatchable.
I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. There are many similarly priced (or cheaper) hotels in the Bogor area. Avoid Lorin "

" Near the toll exit. Walking distance to kart racing track. Sorrounded by greens. It has 2 buildings, the one with main lobby looks bit tired but the taller one behind looks newer. It has quite a big pool, a small coffee shop. My sons stayed here for 3 night motivation camp event. "

" This hotel has 2 buildings, old one and a newer one. The older one should be demolished, and should not be used anymore. The room is gloomy and dirty, no air circulation, the window opens towards a tarp-covered-junk-yard-look-a-like-terrace. Pillow is crap, and you'll get that itchy feeling if you lay on the bed. They surely a new maintenance team/system. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone. Photos for your consideration. "
