جدار كامل زجاج مطل على الجبال (كما في الصور المرفقة) ♥️♥️♥️
الغرف واسعة جدا
لا يوجد تكييف ولكن تهوية الغرفة ممتازة والفندق مرتفع فالجو بارد (٢٤-١٩ درجة مئوية اغلب الوقت)شي جميييل ونقي لأبعد حد
الحمام جميل وكبير والبانيو ملكي ♥️♥️😻

السلبيات:
لا يوجد له حجز عن طريق مواقع الحجز المشهورة فقط عن طريق مراسلة الفندق او من الريسيبشن مباشرة.
الفندق فاخر لكن ملياااان تماثيل صينية عجيبة غريبة وعفشة نوعا ما عجب بابا وماما جدا لكن انا بطبعي احب الفنادق الكلاسيكية.
الفطور لذيذ ومتنوع ولكن شعبي شوية يعني كويس لكن مو مأنتك ممكن لكثرة النازلين من اهل البلد في الويكيند.
في الليل الفندق هادي جدا حتى المطعم ولا يوجد مقهى او لوبي للجلوس فمن بعد المغرب مافي اي شي ممكن تسويه، لكن خدمة الغرف موجودة.
الغرفة بدون ثلاجة "

" 4 star reason why:
03 June 2018- nicest place to spend with your family. however ever, you have to ask the staff over there for the best view. According me, who went there and spent one night, Seruni 3 is the best view and the nicest one, but if the best view in seruni 3 is maybe 3rd or 4th floor.
- if you try to find hotel with a lot of bed, and your group or your family want to stay in one room, seruni has that facility. They have room for 5 beds, fo five person, and it is locate in Seruni 3 with amandari tyoe room. However, you dont really have a nice view for that type of romm, but it is kinda a lil bit worth if you bring 2 or 3 people.
- near Safari Zoo
The reason why I dont give 5 star:
- Seruni has 3 location Seruni 1,2,3, and if you never go there or if it is your first time, it is kinda make you confuse.. so becareful!
For booking, chek-in, and all of the administration are in Seruni 1.
- for breakfast, it is kinda standard, and if you only want to eat and dont really care about the taste then fine, because the food over there is not the best one. It is means that i dont really like the food, sometimes the food that you buy outside is better. "

Incredible view and naturally surrounded by mountains!
Overall ok.. but i found few staffs were not really nice in handling guests.

" Nice and amazing hotel. Have you ever imagined one hotel with windmill power plant? Or olympic-size swimming pool? The problem is the hotel in Puncak Area, where the traffic is crazy because of its one-way random schedule. If you don't have any experience when you may go downward or upward, prepare to cancel your trip and be dissapointed. "
