" Very bad customer service. Slow response from the rep, almost no response. No detailed explanation which was needed and so caused me to lose the ticket I already purchased. I called the avia tour HQ, the rep said she would give the issue to senayan city branch and would ask the rep from senci branch to call me, but nobody called and clarified the issue. Then I called the senci branch myself, re-explaining the issue and they didn’t do anything to help. Very disappointed and will not book anything via aviatour anymore. "
