" A sushi restaurant where you're allowed to smoke is a terrible idea. Having the smoking area in the same room as the non-smoking area makes it worse. To top it off, the seating arrangement is impractical. Not recommended at all. "

" The fish served for the sushis werent fresh (the tuna in particular). Sushi available from the sushi bar didnt look appetizing. The ingredients mixed for fusion experience are too dominant causing an overwhelming taste of the ingredients that are at first used to elevate the dish's flavour or to combine the flavour. The wasabi did not taste authentic. Service was inconsistent in spite of the warm hospitality in the beginning. In addition, the waitress who offered me to join the loyalty program of the restaurant group after taking my order never returned to complete the registration process as she stated. "

" Menu sushi bervariasi. Ada 10 menu andalan loh di restoran ini yang direkomendasikan. 2 menu andalan yang aku pesan itu fire island roll 1/2 porsi (49.000) dan firefly roll 1/2 porsi (45.000) Kalau kamu pelajar, kamu bisa dapat diskon 15% loh. Tapi tadi aku lupa kasih.. sedih ga dapat diskon 15% 😢 lalu kalau kamu foto masukkin ke instagram dengan hastag #groovygolucky kamu bisa dapatin es krim dengan pilihan rasa strawberry, chocolate, matcha, dan ogura. Nah aku kebetulan dah pesan yang matcha (sumo sans favorite (20.000). Jadi untuk yang free aku pesannya yang strawberry. Lalu untuk menu andalan selanjutnya itu sushi donat jadi nasi dibentuk menyerupai donat kemudian diberikan topping jadi sekilas kalau terlihat itu mirip banget sama donat. Sushi donat yang kupesan itu salmon and tuna (29.000) dan salmon mentaiko (39.000). Yang putih2 di sushi donat itu pertama kali kukira sohun ternyata itu lobak dan rasanya fresh banget. Soal pelayanan oke banget karena kamu tinggal tekan tombol yang ada di meja untuk meminta bantuan ataupun meminta bill. Untuk minuman aku pesan ocha panas ( 15.000). Ochanya bisa refill loh.. 😉 "

" The only good thing here is the spicy edamame. The miso soup is lukewarm. The nigiri sushi has paper thin fish pieces. Worst of all, against the city's non smoking code, it puts you sitting across from the smoking crowd. Not worth it. "

I thought it would tasted so-so because SushiGroove's specialty is a funky western mix on sushi rolls. Actually it's pretty good, the sashimi and nigiri was nicely marinated and not too overdone.
Had a nice quick-fix of my sushi craving. Still wanting to have an omakase session with real sushi chef, though! "

" A nice place to eat japaneae food, they also provide some korea dishes like bibimbap, they have indoor and outdoor seat. The design of the place are modern and appealing. Although some of the dishes are expensive it's a good place for dating and meeting. "
