" Before coming here, I don't even know that you could order chicken satay from the thigh meat. But from whatever parts of the chicken, and goat, this satay joint has been one of my favorite places for a satay fix. Sate Blora is served with different kind of peanut sauce than Sate Madura. It is cooked and more watery and best eaten with a lot of shallots and chilli, well at least that's what I like. And eat the satay with a lontong tahu. Oh, goodness! "
